ANSWERS:

Q 1 -  My targeted move-in date is 2 months away, can I apply for an apartment now?

    We can hold an apartment for no longer than 30 days prior to your move-in date, on select units. That can be done if  your application has been approved and we have received your non-refundable deposit in full.

Q 2 -  I don’t have very good credit, will I be approved?

    We do accept less than perfect credit with a security deposit higher than the minimum $500.  However, our deposit amount is not only based on credit score, but also income, duration at current residence and job.

Q 3 -  What’s the fee to process my application?

 

Q 4 -  Do you accept pets?

Q 5 -  I need short term lease for less than a year, is that possible?

    We do accept leases for 9, 6 or months.  However, the minimum is 3 months. Leases that are less 6 months or more will be for an added $50/month in addition to the rent amount. Leases that are less than 6 months are for an added $100/month in addition to the rent amount.

Q 6 -  Do you have any furnished apartments?

    No.  However, we can refer you to companies that provide our clients with a discount on furniture rental.

Q 7 -  What methods of payment do you accept?

    The fee to run an application has to be cash and it is only $30. Your security deposit and first month’s rent has to be in the form of a cashier’s check or a money order.  All following monthly rent amounts can be paid with personal checks provided that non of your checks to our company have ever returned due to non-sufficient funds. We do not take credit cards.

Q 8 -  Do your apartments include kitchen appliances?

    Each listed apartment in the “vacancies” section includes comprehensive photos of the actual unit and a detailed description of all included appliances, amenities and parking.

Q 9- Can I receive the keys to my new apartment to get some furniture moved into it prior to my actual move-in date?

    The keys can only be given to you after you sign the lease and pay your security deposit + first month’s rent in full. However, the manager of that building can facilitate granting access to your furniture delivery company to drop of your belongings or furniture before you move-in as a courtesy service.
